The three types of address blocks can be mounted in the following ways:
The 5" x 16" natural stone address block would usually be mounted in a brick wall. This can be accomplished during or after construction. This size (5" x 16") is the same dimension as the solid address block that people are accustomed to seeing, but it is lit for emergency personnel to find your home after dark.
The 5" x 14½" natural stone address block is usually mounted in a wooden or vinyl-siding home. It can be placed between the studs for support and for easy viewing from the street.
Both of the above sizes can be hung by chain or supported by "L" brackets from a porch or a larger eave depending on your circumstances. Please note that the lighted address block is for your safety. Emergency personnel are praying for the chance to find you when you call for help.
